Warranty Program

Europe – All Zodiac Cymbals series are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from original date of purchase. Cymbals replaced under our European Warranty will be shipped only to an address in the UK.

International – Please contact the Zodiac Cymbals retailer where you purchased the cymbal for information on warranty coverage in your country.

 Zodiac Cymbals will not guarantee any product that has been lost or damaged by accident, neglect or misuse; including any product that has been altered. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Any replaced product will remain under warranty only during the remaining warranty period of the original product purchase. Products mailed or shipped to any of our warehouses without prior consent or a Return Authorisation Number will be refused.

In order to get the damaged cymbal replaced, please contact the Authorised Zodiac Cymbal Dealer where you bought the cymbal with your original sales receipt. The cymbal will be replaced for a period of two (2) years commencing on the date of original retail purchase, provided it shows no sign of neglect, altering, or misuse.
