Tracked Shipping: Every shipment includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking details and a link to follow your package in real-time.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (with some exceptions, e.g., Afghanistan, Belarus, Russia). International orders are processed with clear customs and tariff management to ensure smooth delivery. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes due to carrier limitations.

Returns and Support: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zodiaccymbals.com within 24 hours of delivery, including a photo of the damaged item. You have 24 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it by emailing us.
