Returns and Exchanges

To obtain warranty service in Europe, please contact our Customer Service department at zodiaccymbals@gmail.com. You will be issued a Return Authorisation (RMA), with the address where to ship your cymbal. Inbound shipping costs are your responsibility and Zodiac Cymbals covers the shipping on the warranty replacement back to you. Before contacting Customer Service, please check the pictures on our website to ensure your cymbal may be eligible for warranty coverage.
